In the penultimate episode of The Last of Us series, the production hits the setting faithfully to what we find in the game but fails in a short ending that leaves a vacant space for opportunities for emotional moments and conflicts.

The Last of Us is a post-apocalyptic HBO series BBased on the game developed by Naughty Dog, the series tells the story of Joel, a smuggler tasked with escorting teenager Ellie in a post-apocalyptic United States. In the series there are also Joel's younger brother Tommy, resistance leader Marlene, and Joel's smuggling partner Tess. Many fans wondered if it would really be a good idea to make the series, the question was whether HBO would make a faithful adaptation of the game or if it would be another work done anyway.

In this new episode of The Last of Us we can find one of Bella Ramsey's best performances, she manages to extrapolate the feelings that the character carries to the maximum, after all, the eighth episode is simply magical.

We are introduced to David, a character who is a pastor and who becomes leader of his followers who see a beautiful future in him, but it doesn't take long for us to realize that the character is not that docile and charismatic. In fact, the actor who plays the character David has a respectful duel in this episode with Bella for best performance, but Bella overlaps.

The eighth episode of The Last of Us It is dynamic, making the viewer pay attention to each event, in which we can see the most catastrophic and agonizing events in the series, from torture to repulsion to the characters' behaviors.
